what would you do???!!!???

what would u guys do to breed a colony of mice that needed to supply 30-40 fuzzies a month. im basically looking for a # of mice i would need and a male to female ratio.. and how many cages i would need like should i have 2 colonies going or just one? thanks alot

I would probably run two colonies of 1.3, that will probably give you more then you need, but better safe then sorry. Craig

I've got 70 adult breeding females. And about 16 males. This produces a steady amount for my snakes (around 20 snakes or so) of different sizes.

I have them in cages of anywhere from 1.2 upto 1.10

......order bulk frozen. It's a lot less maintenance and smell. To me it far outweighs the point of investing in 10 mice and getting a whole bunch more for free once litters start popping out.
