The stuff that you can put in a humid hide is peat moss...right?

I use bed-a-beast or eco-earth. They're compressed coconut fiber substrates. I prefer these to peat moss as their not quite as dusty and seem to hold up better.

I use moist sphagnum moss in one cage and moist paper towels in another. It doesnt matter too much what you use, as long as it can retain moisture.
