HELP WITH MY BLOOD

A FIREND OF MINE GAVE ME A BLOOD PYTHON ABOUT A ONTH AGO AND WAS UNSURE OF WHAT KIND IT WAS. HOWEVER ANOTHER FIREND A MINE SAID IT WAS A REGULAR BLOOD BUT I WAS LOOKING A PICS ONLINE AND IT LOOKED LIKE A MALAYSIAN TO ME. PLEASE HELP ME IDENTIFY IT

It wouldn't let me see your picture.Anyway if your thinkng is a malaysian, its more than likely a sumatran as malaysians are more rare.Also there really isn't anyway to tell the two apart other than work of mouth.Have you ever raised a blood python before.What are you keeping him in.

Unfortunately, your link or web address didn't work for me and I'm pretty sure the others too. The best way to post pictures to your post, is to post them to Kingsnakes gallery and use the link below the thread box, where you type your inquiry. My thought on the picture is that it more than likely is not a Malaysian, as was stated by Ethan, but a Sumatran red blood, as the latter is more common and are bred in the U.S., with more frequency, and are also imported in small numbers to the states.
