Picked up this lovely little lady in a recent trade with a blood-sister & have been swooning ever since...

No kidding! What did you have to let go of for that one, Kara?? Great looking animal, regardless!

Funny story...

We had already been working on a swap for a few animals & my friend mentioned the snake pictured above...I'm pretty sure she was thinking my reply would be "over my dead body am I parting with him," since I'm just nutzo about him (still am!).

The whole time I'd been lusting after her female Borneo & just as half-heartedly mentioned trading the two, you know, threw it out there to see if she'd bite & she totally called my bluff! At that point I'm willing to bet we were both going "OK wait...what are we really thinking here?!?!?!?" as these were special snakes to each of us for our own set of reasons.

Just one of those funny things that ended in LOTS of promises on first dibs for future offspring from both of us.

Hey Kara,
I see your point, but I think you left some wounds of your own on the other party, big time! Possibly.Hehe!

From the looks of that unique jewel, I think I can make a safe wager on who that blood-sister is

Absolutely magnificent....Have fun finding that lady a match, I imagine it will be tough to find her equal. The blood you traded was a looker, but I think you came out pretty darn good on that trade

later chica!

So how long have you been thinking about that borneo once you first set your eyes on her.I bet you were just josing to try to get that one in the collection.Looks like you both won on the trade. Thanks for sharing.

That animal has a very nice clean head. It reminds me of the aberrants hatched from super-stripers. Good job on getting that sweet little thing.
