hi
you can bath him in shoulder deep water and feel with youre wrist if its not to hot, like a human babie bath.
then after 20-25 min he wil most of the time poop.
ad warm water after a while if its cool of to much.
stay with him all the time they can be very clumsy and drown.
you can masage his belly underneat very cenltle and stroke towards his vent.
if couple time bathing not help then i would look for a good reptile veterian.
can you give some info about what he eat?
and substrate?
do you mist him?

he is constipated.

Several things that can cause that and is husbandry related is:

Temps not enought to allow him to digest
Temps to hight that is dehydrating him
Ingestion substrate
Food items to big for his size
Parasite or worm die off
Certain Supplements are causing this

There are other medical conditions that can, but the majority of the time, it is one of the above

Thanks for your advice. I do not mist my dragon because he flips out when I do. He doesn't drink from his water bowl, so I always have to give him water from a dropper. He eats crickets, leaf lettuce and pinkies. I am trying to bathe him in the warm water now, but that still hasn't helped. I will try your other advice on rubbing his stomach. He tries to poop, but it seems like he just can't. Naturally, he isn't eating anymore, and seems to be sleeping a lot.
Thanks for any advice you have, I really appreciate it.

Cheri forgot to mention prolapse. When you see him straining to poop, is any part of his rectum exposed?
Cricket

Make sure your dragon is well hydrated, that he is eating alot of fresh greens. Offer pureed carrots or squash to help hydrate him and loosen things up. Too much straining can be a problem as well. Watch him carefully as alot of straining may cause a prolapse. Also, is he a 'she'? COuld be egg binding if she is female and old enough to produce eggs, fertile or not. (about 8 months or older, though under a year is rare for females to produce eggs)

Thanks for your advice. Maybe he hasn't been eating enough greens. He has mostly been eating crickets and pinkies. I will try the carrots and squash, and hopefully it will work and I will be sure to feed him more greens in the future. He is definitely a he and not a she, so I know it is not from egg binding. He doesn't drink water from his bowl. Occassionaly I do have to give him water from an eye dropper.
Again, thanks for your advice, I do appreciate it.
