Here is one of my favorite Mex mex. She has what I call splitbands. Let me know what you think of her. Maybe she'll breed for me in '06.

Hello,
Thast very nice looking. II like the black phase that Ric Blair breeds, but that one is super nice looking with that very light reduced black pattern. Thanks for the pics,

Actually Jeff, I too love those dark phased mexmex that Ric has. He got them from Kim at Kim's Kolubrids before she decided to retire from the business. I was fortunate enough to get most of her breeding colony of Thayeri, but Ric got the Mexicana Mexicana. I personally only have one dark female and two splitbanded males in hopes of someday producing a dark phase splitband sorta like the one Jason has at Envy Reptiles.
Thanks for the compliment,

Here is a pic of him with a couple of classic looking mexmex:
This is the female I hope to produce a dark splitband offspring with. She will breed this Spring for me to my adult splitband male.

This picture doesn't do him justice. He is silvery, blue with nice red "split" saddles. We shall see if he can pass his pattern on.
