Does anyones boa burrow?

rellim Nov 28, 2004 09:54 AM

I have a central american boa and when i woke up this morning i went to look at him and i could find him anywhere. Then i noticed his head sticking out from underneath the wood chips in the enclosure. This is the first time i had ever seen him burrowed like that and i was wondering if this is normal or if anyone elses did this? Should there be any reason for concern? Thanx in advance for any advice.

No need to be concerned. My columbian red-tail is ALWAYS burrowed. Only comes out to drink and soak. And when i make him come out of course.
