I have a two baby beardies, a male and a female.The male is eating and getting super phat, but the feme is not eating, and is getting lathargic.hers eyes look like their sinking in, and she just lays there, eyes open at times and somtimes not.

you need to get a fecal sample an this baby to a vet. She most likely is dealing with parasites that are overwhelming her.
Since you have one that is fine, I am assuming that your heat (95F-105F),UVB, and diet are all good.
Unitl you can get her to a Vet, you can give her a soak in a swallow tub on your hand, the can absorb fluid through the vent area and that can work to rehydrate them. Baby dragons dehydrate fast under the heat and no food of fluids intake. You can also give her some pedialyte or diluted gatorade with an eyedropper, but get some fluids in her.
