I have several Eastern King babies that hatched in June that STILL have not eaten on their own!

I assume you've tried leaving the snake in a deli cup or something small overnite?
One method I have used to get stubborns feeding is by force feeding them mouse tails. Cut an appropriate sized tail off a dead mouse...cut at an angle if you can. Dip the larger tail end in water and gently force it into the mouth. Sometimes the snake will take...sometimes not. Sometimes you have to push most of the tail in and hold the snake until it takes it down. Usually after doing this only once or twice, the snake will voluntarily take a pinky. Hope this helps.
I had a few last year like that, I brumated them for about 3 or 4 weeks and than warmed them up, they ate fine after that.
