Possibly going to Grenada-what to expect

I am possibly going to Grenada on a school/humanitarian thing (building houses) and i was wondering what to expect in terms of herps, specificly snakes, i will be working till about noon then get the rest of the time off and was thinking i would go herping. anyone know what i can expect? i don't want to go thinking there are no venomous snakes and gettig bit

Pick up the October "Reptles" magazine.Nice article on Snakes of The Lesser Antilles.IIRC,there are some neat tree boas in Grenada.
