At what size can I put young map turtle in with 9' red ear?

Hi,
I got a hatchling map turtle in January. He is about three inches long shell length. My female red eared slider is 9 inches long and counting. She lives in a 200 gallon oval stock tank. At what size can I safely put them together if I feed them separatley? They will have separate basking spots and I will add hide areas for the little map turtle. THANKS for your response.
