Cricket information?

Hey I am looking for information on breeding crickets. I knwo it seems pretty simple but some of the questions I have are, How do you seperate the adults from the hatchlings and how do you clean up the bottom of their cage.

Is there a certain cage you would use to make all this easier? like a screened bottom cage?
