I have a nasty feeling that my son's A.T. is about to die. Yesterday I found him in a corner of his tank, looking dead. I cleaned his tank, gave him fresh water and put him back in the tank. A few minutes later I saw him hop towards his water dish and fall over on his back. He couldn't right himself, so I picked him up and put him in the dish (he likes to sit there.)

This morning, my son found him sitting in the tank with his tongue stuck out and his mouth closed around it. I tried to get it back in by gently squeezing his jaws open and sticking the tongue back into his mouth, but it doesn't budge. I put him back in his water dish where he sat until I tried spraying his tongue with water in case it was just really dry. He tried to hop away and fell over again.

Any ideas? I think he's past the point of no return, but does anyone know what he might have wrong? It seems pretty weird!

Thanks!
