Any idea where the parent(s) are originally from? The ones here in India look completely different. Actually, the picture looks more like C.paradisi than ornata. Can you confirm?

The parents came from Indonesia and that is all I know of them.
C.paradisi has a lot more red on the head and along the body and sometimes no red see.

C.ornata adults are black with lots of small yellow spots see

The young are black with banded stripes made up of very small yellow spots as in my picture.
It would not surprise me if C. paradisi and ornata are just a form of the other.

Strange that they take that long to fully incubate. Maybe it's just a thing with foreign rear-fanged colubs! lol (boomslang incubation reportedly can be anywhere from 90 to 100 days as well, guess we'll see). They are cute little snakes. Did you get them started on rodents, or are they only accepting lizards?

Getting feeder lizards here in the UK is almost impossible unless you breed your own. I don't.
They are too small to take pinkies so I am feeding frozen, defrosted Beasts heart cut into 1" lengths and 3mm thick dipped into Ca vitamin mix. They are also taking lance fish cut in half lengthways.
