new uvb bulb?

What do you guys think about this new UVB Mystic Fluorescent Light Series from Big apple herp? I was reading some of the product discriptions & it says that the uv rays are strong 30 cm away from the bulb. They are quite expensive $24-28 too. Has anyone used one of these yet?
