Hes been laying around, moving very little for like a month now (Lays pretty much same spot) and wont touch his food. He acts fine when I take him out, whats going on?

If its been a month and he has just been laying down without eating, it sounds like brumation. I would leave him alone, and keep a close eye on him. Keep offering food, just in case. What are your temperatures...Hot and cool side, and room temp in the room she is in? I would leave him alone and not take him out for a little bit.
