bought a ball. 550 grams. its been 5 months and has never eaten for me. the guy says she eats small dead or live rats. Ive tried rat pups, small rat and mice dead and alive, and left them in with her for a hour to over night at times, lights on and off. but no dice! any help would be great!! thanks.

hi, weve got a ball python that was a Real pain to get to eat..
my wife came up with this idea and it seems to work.
first get the frozen/pre killed or otherwise food put it on top of the tankplace tongs over it.. then put the light directly on top of the tongs for approx 30 mins
it seems to get the snakes juices flowing 
weve got 4 snakes most under a 2 years old and every one of them reacts the same to this method ive even had my florida king eat when its fully in its shed cycle ( cloudy eyes )
