The Lajitas Resort is alegedly funding for the revemp at a amount of $300,000 to $600,000 for approx. 1.2 mile of rerouting 170 to River Road to connect the road to the west and going around Lajitas. Time line has not been established yet to do this. I wonder if it will be in sinc with the other broadening of 170 coming from Terlingua ? Expect that OCEAN of pavement from Study Butte all the way to Lajitas soon.
