my ball is in his first shed since i got him (a month and a half ago, but he was quite skinny and in bad shape when he was given to me). it hasn't been a very nice shed though; very piece-meal. based off what ive seen all you more experienced people tell otehrs asking about shedding problems in the ball and other snake forums, i made him a nice little humid hide from tupperware and sphagnum moss. he's been slithering around in it all day and his shed is looking sooooo much better. a lot bigger pieces ready to come off. so thanks for making my baby's life a little easier

as a side note, those nasty belly scales came off; we'll have to see if they come back but i just changed his newspaper and ive got the peroxide and bactine ready to go! also, ill need to take the hide out as soon as the shed is over, right?
