this is my new male ETB soon to breed w/ his girlfriend!! He is three years old, and very tame. He is in his new enclosure until 60 days. His name is Bud, and soon he will have little ones!!!

I don't remember giving you permission to use it and if I had, I definitely would have required photo credits. Not only did you not credit me for the photo, but you have it named as your snake "Sativa".

I do apologize for using that picture, however I did not upload that personal, a friend had pictures that he sent me, to find out exactly what type of snake I wanted to get at the time, and that photo doesn't have anything written on it as my reptile, if you noticed on my web page I have sativa on the left side of website, your pic does not have anything mentioned that it is my snake. I have been trying to delete that photo, some how I can not get into my website, and NO I did not get credit for that picture, that's not a site for everyone to see, it's from AOL, very simple photo to mostly share w/ friends. I have been wanting to remove that photo for sometime now and plan on doing so. Again I'm sorry for using that pic, it was supose to be a temp photo, I'm trying to contact AOL to let me in the web page edit part. I took some great shots of my own snakes, and will remove it. Again I'm sorry, and I didn't pretend that snake was mine. Like I said it was downloaded from a friend of mine who sent dozens of pictures from others.......to help me out. By any means I meant no harm at all.
