read deer fern farms's care sheets. they are very good. you feed them greens, like mustard greens, dandelion greens, endive, escarole etc. lettuce, like iceberg and romaine, just don't have enough nutrients in them. there is also a caresheet on pro-exotics and i am not sure about urotopia.com
all three sites have links towards the top of the uro main page under sponsers. they also have very beautiful animals on those pages!

Care sheets at any of the places mentioned above are good.

As far as greens go, you can feed most anything you want as long as there's a good variety. The ones to mostly avoid are: spinach, chard, anything in the cabbage family, most anything called "lettuce". There's almost nothing but water in the lettuces, and the others contain things that will bind nutrients.

You can look up specific nutrition info on lots of veggies, greens, and fruits at www.beautifuldragons.com in the nutrition section. The site is geared toward bearded dragons, so be aware that some things listed there are reviewed with beardies in mind. So it might say something is a good choice when it's actually good for beardies, not uros. Veggies and greens should be the same. Just to keep in mind!
