Cool looking normal female? just seeing what people think.

I held back this female a few years ago because she looked a little different. Faded head, nice semi reduced pattern, funky color pattern, etc... Anyway I bred her last year for the first time and out of a clutch of 5 got 2 with odd patterns. One has pretty much the same dorsal pattern as her, can't really tell yet how the color will come out but the pattern is pretty much the same. He also has the same fading on the top of the head. The second one has the same faded head pattern but the side stripes are for the most part broken (I think about 6 actually connect). Very very odd looking pattern... This was from breeding with an average looking 100% het ghost, doubt it came from him. This year she is breeding with a pastel so it will be interesting to see if the odd patterns repeat themselves. I would like to breed her to the odder looking of the two males next season and see if anything happens but he has been a pain to get eating... Have to see...

So what do you guys and gals think??? Probably a normal in sheep's clothing but you never know....

Yup, cool pattern on her Some days I think I could spend years playing with the neat variations in "normals" I'd be interested in seeing what a pastel on her would throw!

Nice Reduced pattern on her...and it seems to prove out as a genetic trait passed to the male you got from her. I've got one like her too, that I'll try to prove out when she's big enough which looks like a pastel (wild caught - unkown genetics). Good luck with yours though!!!

Really nice looking girl, it nevers hurts to pursue an animal that`s slightly different. If it doesnt prove out,so what.Look how unspectacular the woma balls and yellow bellies are,and you all know what they can do.Hope you get lucky, Mark Petros
