ALBINO EATING

1 more question i have and albino and i think a normal leo the normal as soon as i put crickets in he comes out and eats one after another like crazy but the albino guy barely ever eats i seen him eat like twice its almos as if he cant c the crickets good or if hes scared of them he like runs from them sometimes whats wrong?

did you just get the albino? because it takes up to a week for a new leo to be totally comfortable with its new surroundings. maybe it's not used to crickets and was raised on mealworms.

I see this a lot in Albinos for some reason. Im not sure if maybe they just dont have such good eyesight? Try feeding them at night after you turn the light off, the albino should be able to see better and should be a little calmer!

I've had the same problem with mine. I just give him superworms by fingertip. He doesn't have to search too hard then. But, I do leave a dish of them in there in case he wants to do the 'hunting' himself.
