Well when I was having the packages billed to my account after just dropping them off I had it happen a few times but when I complained they corrected the problem. If you have an account you can do your Airbill online and fill all the information out yourself and all they will do when they receive it is scan it and ship it. All the biling information is done already by you online. it makes life alot easier and you know there are no mistakes. It asks you if the box is your packaging or UPS express box. If it is your packaging then it goes by the dimensions of the box, if it is UPS express box it goes by the weight.
