if a person crossed a nelsoni with a sinaloan to introduce the albino gene, then bred back to sinaloans to make a higher percentage sinaloan and did this for several generations. at what point can you call the offspring albino sinaloans?

Hey Jamie,
What happened a few weeks ago, thought you were going to try and make it out my way? The weather was pretty horrible and the show was extremely slow so you didn't miss much....
Anyways, it would take a few generations of selective breeding in order to get the albinos you desired. Some of the albino "sinaloans" that I have seen are much prettier than most nelsoni I have personally looked at, exhibiting much brighter colorations and nice wider bands. But regardless of how many years of trying to produce albino sinaloans, there would always be some nelsoni influence remaining.
Hope you are doing well.

we just couldnt all get on the same page for making that trip down there. i am going to post the picture of my female and her parents. i got them from Stu Tennyson and he had been working on that project for years. i was just wondering because she looks significantly better than my albino nelsons.

Hey Jamie,
Sounds very similar to one of my own projects. I have actually been breeding my best albino males into a few of Stu's "jumbo" line sinaloans in hopes of eventually getting some killer looking, giant-sized albinos. Shoot me some pics when you get some time. Take care.
