my dragonhas a bump on its neck what is it she also dosnt drink the water when i spray her she just lets it soak.

A bump on the neck really needs to be seen by a vet. Anything that is offered here would only be guesses. It does warrant having it checked out o be sure it's nothing serious, possible infection etc.
