Head Bobbing

MistaMasta Dec 03, 2004 10:46 AM

I recently put my uro's together and they're doing great. Both eating using the same hide sometimes, different hides sometimes, no agression, the little one loves to climb the bigger ones back......so my question is that I thought head bobbing was like a mating thing but everytime the bigger one sees the smaller one it does it's little head dance. Anyone have any ideas?

I *believe* this is also a statement of dominance. Just like in breeding behaviour. Not 100% though.

He is telling the little guy to stay away from his basking spots if he wants to keep all his limbs.
