i have seen them at reptile shows/sales. i bought my 3 at petco. they are doing wonderful. one i got free since he has a leg missing so they didn't want to sell him. so i 'adopted' him. 'stumpy' is just as active with only 3 legs as a 4 legged toad.

I got mine from a family that was moving out of State and could not take them with them. When I was teaching preschool I bought some at PetsMart which is not something I would normally do but they did great. When I went off work my co-teacher did not take care of them like promised and I lost them all.
