I built an enclosure in my backyard and my buddy Loki LOVES it!! I bought 4 metal fence stakes and pounded them into the ground, wrapped small guage chicken wire around that and sealed it at one corner with many strong plastic zip ties. Closed off the top the same way with more chicken wire. Cut 1.5 foot square holes on all four sides and made hanging doors with more chicken wire with zip ties along the top as a hinge and velcro seals all around so I can open the door easily but seal it securely. Loki has never even pushed on them to my knowledge and I've been using it for two years now with no escapes. I think he likes it so much in there he doesn't want to escape! I put lots of basking spots, chucks of tree limbs, logs, and slanted boards provide basking spots AND shady spots underneath if he wants to cool off. He is indoors now and brumating HARD, probably dreaming of those golden days of summer when he runs wild outside and soaks up the Florida sun all day!
