That's neat!!! NEVER seen one like that in MY life. That's a keeper for sure! Is that yours? Are there any more like that out there? Thanks for sharing - Now that's what I'm talking about!!!

Thanks BlueKing, that's a male that hatched out 8/24/96 in my collection from breeding a het for lavender albino to a lavender albino.I would like to hear from anyone that may have produced or seen this trait in So. Fla. Kings, thank you.

Thanks Thomas Davis, yes,I do beleive it is genetic but not a simple genetic trait.I have produced it again since 1996,I beleive it is more like a 1/64 probability as opposed to a 1/16 probability.

Hey, Tim i was the individual that requested a pic of the paradox Brooksi a few days ago... i haven't actually seen a Paradox with as much black as your snake but a friend of mine has a huge lavender albino that has a single black scale, he said he wasn't exactly sure if it were pure Brooksi, he seem to think it had some lavender speckled influence (looked like a pure Brooksi to me)

Thanx for the pic, I thought the paradox "trait" would look like a "black speckled" lavender albino (i.e., a lavender albino with black spots all over it's body) that would look very interesting.
Hopefully someday they can be produced on a larger scale.

Hi ZF,Thanks for the interest and comments, any chance of your friend posting a picture of his? I have produced an extreme orange lavender albino that is black speckled. The orange intensified so much as to obscure the black pigment. The black is still there, just hard to get a good photo shot.I am working on consistently producing and enhancing the paradox affect.

Hey Tim, I'll try to get him take some pix, I'm not exactly sure if he has a digital but I'll see what I can do. And have you ever tried to take a pic of the "black speckled" lavender albino under daylight, it may show the "paradox" very nicely. I'm really interested in seeing it. Are you the only one producing "paradox" Brooksi? if not have you heard of any cases where others have produced paradox Brooksi? I think it'll be am interesting mutation to study and refine.

ZF,I've never tried under natural daylight, good idea.I will try on another day when weather is better over here.I don't know if I am the only one producing them.It is a good possibility others have this trait in animals they acquired from me.
