I'm going to be adding some flexible heat rope to the bottom of my ball python cage (50watt). It says that you can wrap it around things and that it is relatively safe for animals to touch. I planned on burying it under an inch or two of reptibark but was wondering if that was really ok to do. I thought maybe I should put down a false floor under the bark or if it'd be ok just burried.
