Recommended drugs for respiratory infection?

Hi everyone - it looks like a ball python I have has developed a slight respiratory infection after being cooled for breeding. Can anyone recommend a drug to treat colds in snakes - Baytril?

I've upped his temps (85-90F) and am taking him to the vet tomorrow but wanted to get a heads up beforehand.
