is this a good bedding or should i use the aspen bedding i have been told that one is better then the other when it comes to digestion.

i use either top soil or reptibark. have never had any problems with either as i have never had a snake eat its substrate. maybe my snakes have some common sense.
Cell-sorb is fine for a substrate. You could avoid the situation entirely by simply removing him/her from the cage when feeding. Just feed the animal in a container with no substrate. The size of the cell-sorb is usually big enough to get knocked off while the prey is headed down. Cell-sorb is easy to spot clean as well.

With substrate and Digestion,I believe the point is INGESTION.
Cypress Mulch is prefered by many for many positive reasons.
I would choose aspen only before newspaper and newspaper is only used in feeding tubs here.
