He still won't eat crix on his own, even if I let him fo hungry for three days. They just don't appeal to him. But he loves the crix in a can from the forceps, with a little calcium and vitamin powder on them. He accepts them very, very happily.

So, he's eating, he looks well. He seemed to have gone through a little stage of depression the first two days without Novia, but he's alright now.

I guess I have no problem hand feeding him for as long as it takes. It's not a hassle when he actually likes it.

Anyhow, hope you all are faring well and preparing for the holidays!

i am glad he is eating on his own, even if you are holding the crickets for him maybe in the spring when things are fresh and new he will want to chase crickets down.

I'm so happy he's got back to a healthy weight. Sometimes lizards just prefer to be handfed like Annabella.
