Is there anything special about them other than that they have all black eyes? This is a new thing to me.

Unfortunately no one knows what causes the variation in eye color. I have a male but have never seen a female listed for sale. This is just an observation but ones with black eyes seem to have more black coloring overall and a less defined pattern.
Right now the eyes are more of a "unique feature" until someone tries to breed 2 together and see what happens over time. Unfortunately finding them is not very easy.
