yes you can over do it on dusting and gutloading is feeding food to your feeders not dusting them with calcium just to let you know

Yes, you can overdo it. For fast growing babies up to about 6 months I'd dust lightly each day with calcium/mineral dust, and dust with a vitamin dust about once every 5-7 days. After 6 months back off to once every 5 days for calcium and once every 2 weeks for vitamins. At a year old dust with calcium once a week and dust with vitamins once a month. Remember, mineral and vitamin dusts are different items and should not be stored together. Check the labels...many mineral dusts have vit. D3 added, but the cham needs others besides D3. You should have both. The best and safest way to provide the majority of the nutrients you need is by gutloading your insects for 3-4 days before they are used. The main reason for dusting is to fill in any gaps from your gutloading. Gutload with fresh dark leafy greens, fruit slices, fortified cereal grains (I like Total cereal), some bee pollen and a small amount of fish food.
