I havn't found a clear answer. If so, just how much? Harmful to humans or just to other lizards?

No it cant hurt humans. It depends what type it is if its harmful to other animals but its not lethal.

Different species of mantella possess different quantities and types of toxins. Most have pumiliotoxins, like those of South American poison dart frogs, along with others. I certainly would not recomend downing a few golden mantellas or rubbing an open wound on a wild-caught frog, but if you avoid that they are relatively safe to humans. Captive bred frogs are not poisonous. Good luck,
