How many of you smaller breeders use a breeding permit??

alebron Dec 06, 2004 11:16 AM

I was wondering, because i would like to sell my hatchlings, but the last this i want is to get in any unnecessary trouble trouble. Is their any risk involve selling with out a permit, or the permit is involve with more dangerous or invasive exotic species such as pythons, moniters, red eared sliders, and so on. Or is this another way for the government to get money?

i will appreciate any help!

I'm pretty sure it depends on what state you live in. Some are very strict some aren't. I have no idea what other states regs are but in GA it's not needed.
