i suggest you go on line or google search to read more on breeding crickets.
there is more to breeding crickets then just buying them and hoping they breed. i checked into it once. i don't know the whole of it but i've heard its more hastle to breed crickets then to just keep buying them.
did you give your crickets food?? i house my crickets for my anoles and fire belly toads in a 5 gallon tank with screen lid. also have seran wrap over the screen to keep moisture in.they like a good quality fish flake food, orange slices. mine have eaten apple slices on occasion and carrot slices. i also provide a very shallow dish with a wet paper towel so they can drink if they want. they like to hide in carboard egg crates also.

Yeah I fed them fish flakes. I'll try google and see what happens. I just don't think they had enough room or something. I got another 250 for a week and a half now and they doin pretty good. Thanx

you need to fill a small container with moist substrate (eco earth, vermucilite etc)and put it in with the crickets, giving them a ramp to get to it.

the crickets with the long egg depositors sticking out the back of them are the females. they will start laying eggs in the substrate almost immediately. after about 24 hours take the container out and keep it moist every day, after a few weeks you will have tons of pinheads.

still do a google search on breeding crickets though, there is a ton of info on this more detailed that what i have told you
