I keep a human heating pad under half of my cricket bin which is about a 25 gallon plastic bin with screen over part of the lid. I keep mine in the basement and all the crickets appreciate the warmth the heating pad (on low) provides. I hatch my crickets on a heating pad too....just wish I could figure out how to get rid of the excess moisture (drowning pinheads) without drying out the soil and pinhead crix now.
