My burm is a very good eater and 10 days ago he ate 7 large mice
but this week refused food. Do burms slow down in feeding like redtails do in the winter? And is it breeding season now for burms just like Redtails.

Im no expert butr if you are giving it 7 large mice try switching over to a medium or large rat....Mice shouldnt resally be given to burms after 3 ft. and you should make the switch young because rats are more nutricious then mice by far...

Sorry i 4got to answer your question lol....burms usually wont go off feeding as long as their temps and daylight hours remain constant.....They should only go off feeding if you try to breed them....And yest this is breeding season...typically the part where most breeders are brumating their burms.
Yea I second that. I saw a huge growth increase as soon as my guy started on rats. While he was on mice it was very slow going

Yep..Rats all the way...easier than a bunch of mice too...
