in response to a question regarding the lack of indigos offered for sale, scott solar from amazon suggested the primary reason was indigo odor.

Yeah, what else would you expect from a Pituophis lover, or any other genus which require once weekly, or less, enclosure maintenance!! ;0)

Years ago, when I kept bull snakes, pine snakes, and indigos, there was little difference in odor or maintenance when all were feeding on f/t rats.

As are mine my friend, as are mine. It covers a multitude of odors both legal and illegal. Oh wait, that's the "other" use of the word. My mistake.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

no mistake -- pun intended. just trying to keep it light in the face of some serious dry-dissing.

I can't find it... you got a link?

Eric

There's really not a link that I'm aware of, Eric. It's emails...the PARC site is really not in use anymore. If you are on the email list you got a string of emails 3 or 4 days ago with the Indigo discussion. The subject was "the continuing saga of pet reptiles".
