I keep a cage full of bearded dragons and skinks. 1.3 dragons and 2.2 skinks. It's about the size of a 55 gallon that I made of card board, scotch tape and Rynenolds wrap for me to veiw them. Every so often I see one or two missing? I can't find them anywhere and was hoping that they are just hiding under the styrofoam peanuts I am currently using as subtrate.

My question is there anyone out there that has beardies and skinks? Which one do you prefer of the other and why? I've got a nice pair of skinks, well fed, well kept, healthy guys that I'd like to market for sale. I'm not advertising, just wondering where I could post the skinks up for sale or trade that has worked well for you in the past? They are 1.1 6 months, light pastel colored and are unrelated. Neat guys! Anyway, just wondering!

LOL, I was getting pretty pissed there. I used to have a beardie and now I have 5 BTS. Does that answer your question? IMO, Blueys are easier to care for, calmer, better looking, and more intelligent than bearde dragons.

I have no skinks (Sad, I know) at the moment, but plan on keeping one in the future.

As for BTS's being more intelligent than a beardy, I wouldn't be surprised. My beardy still occasionally charges across her tank after invisible crickets and bumps into the glass, before turning to look at me as though to say "You didn't just see that." Silly dragons...

I have a beardie too.He is silly tame. He wont eat if i dont give him food in his mouth.He rather die than eat by himself!

I keep both Inland Beardeds and Blue Tongues and love both. I find both species to be great but in different ways. It's like trying to compare dogs and cats. Both are great animals but have different things that make them great. Blue tongues are a lot less mantinence though. I think it really just comes down to personal opinion.
