The UVB question has been argued a great deal on this forum. So some say yes, others no. My opinion is it can't hurt them. I don't buy the ones at pet stores though, I get grow bulbs much cheaper at the hardware store. Like I said, big debate on this issue and I'm sure some would disagree over my use of grow bulbs. Not sure that helps you.

As for calcium, I dust when I feed insects, but whole pray should provide enough calcium.
