It was always the hassle I hated. I am glad they are finally addressing this reasonably now for a change.

...if you ask me! The law was written to address things like using firearms from the roadway. I don't think the original legislation could've ever envisioned people crazy enough to go out looking for snakes!

My offer still stands to publish your wealth of "precedent" pertaining to TX snake hunting laws etc. online.

I hope to get out and spend some time working form 277 to River Road this spring. I plan to take it all with me and will gladly allow anybody to copy what they need.
