I'm thinking about getting a tokay, and I was reading that they all have to get a fecal exam after you buy them in case they need medicine to kill parasites (and it sounds likely that they'll have them).
Is the medicine something you sprinkle on their food (similar to what you do with cricket dust), or do you have to hold the animal and feed it to them? Are there different kinds of medicine that you might get, or do they just give you a single kind that kills everything?
Also, do you have to completely scrub out their cage every couple of days while they're taking the medicine?
