Burmating?

Hey Corn Lovers,

Well I have had my corn about 4mts.(oketee) About 36". I put him a new 20gal long tank on Saturday. He seems to stay on the cool side. Under the waterbowl. I got him out tonight and he was pretty cool to touch. He has never done this before. Do I need to let him burmate? And If so how?
