That tank is too small for a water dragon, even by itself. It might work temporarily while it was a baby, but the minimum tank size for an adult is about 300 gallons.

I will make a tank that is 6 feet tall 4 feet long and wide. With three levels with climbing bathing facilites.
That sounds great, bassies usually do just fine with water dragons, just make sure that both are healthy and parasite free before introducing them. Also, watch them closly at first to make sure there is no aggression and both are eating.

even if there is no aggression from either, they can still get stressed out very easily. i had 2 green basilisks and one almost died so i separated them and it is perfectly fine. i tried re-introducing them to eachother a few weeks ago for only 12 hours and the one lost about 65% of it's body weight and would barely move. and this is with an entire closet as the cage, plenty of food, several basking spots, and a mercury vapor uv bulb. the point is even if the animals are totally compatable and even if they've lived together for 6 months, you should keep an especially close eye on them.
