Meru Jacksons Care

Does any one here raise these in the north?
If so ,Could you post some helpful hints on Feeding ,Enclosures,
Supplements, Temps,Humidity,And possibly any General Information that may be helpful in sucessfuly raising them?

Thanx for the reply but i was kinda looking for someone with personal experience in meru jacksons as i have just about read everything online on them...lol
