In the daytime my tanks temp. is about 90-92 and at night with the UV light on all night the temp drops to about 80-82 is that good temps?

I would try to get the daytime temp between 85-89 and the night time temp can fall as low as 68 if it doesn't fall rapidly. Are you leaving a daylight uv on all night? If so this can mess up the Leos "internal clock" I recommend a red light or something of that nature as they can't see this wavelength of light. To them it is dark but you can observe their normal nocturnal behavior.
